#METOO

An award winning short dance film. Written and told by victims from all across the world. Their stories are translated into a dance that shows the different phases a victim experiences. A tribute to the powerful movement. We created this film to shed light on the widespread issue of sexual assault and abuse. After hearing about the experiences of friends and loved ones, we felt compelled to use our artistic abilities to tell their stories and pay tribute to the #MeToo movement. Through dance and the words of real victims, we hope to raise awareness, spark conversation, and promote healing for survivors. It’s time for us to break the silence. Thank you to everyone who worked on this project and for sharing their stories to spread the message even further.

The Short Dance Collective Project (training program) offers dancers the opportunity to improve their dance technique and be part of several choreographies. The dancers will perform together with the professional DiA dancers.
